1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the DoThis marketing website at dothis.in, submitting a demo walkthrough request, or executing a Statement of Work (“SOW”) for software deployment, you (“Client”, “Licensee”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. One-Time Licensing Model & Services

DoThis operates on a transparent, One-Time Permanent Licensing Model. Services delivered under our Standard Platform and Enterprise plans include:

Turnkey Software Provisioning: Server deployment on your dedicated managed cloud or private infrastructure.
White-Label Customization: Custom domain configuration, logo integration, and design token branding.
Platform Data Migration: Migration of user rosters, department structures, and task templates.
Live Team Onboarding: Training sessions and mobile app setup for managers and field employees.

3. Perpetual License & 100% Data Ownership

Upon full payment of the one-time fee specified in your plan or SOW:

Client Data Sovereignty & Perpetual Rights

1. You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, world-wide license to run the DoThis platform indefinitely with zero monthly software licensing fees.
2. You retain 100% complete ownership of all data, user logs, task records, and database configurations created on your deployment.

4. Infrastructure & Hosting Fees (Domain & Server)

Clients have full freedom to host the DoThis platform on their own custom domain and private server infrastructure.

Annual Server & Subdomain Hosting Policy

If the customer/client does not provide their own domain or server infrastructure and chooses to utilize DoThis managed servers and subdomains, applicable domain and server costs will be charged annually to the customer/client.

5. Technical Support & SLAs

All client deployments include standard technical support and maintenance for the period specified in your deployment agreement. Priority 24/7 SLAs and dedicated account engineers are available for Enterprise tiers.

6. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
